The range includes Classic Smoked Salmon and Smoked Loch Etive Trout, Pates, Gravadlax, Eel & Halibut. Inverawe is unique because of the old-fashioned way we SLOWLY smoke fish over wind-blown oak logs, which gives a wonderful, deep, smooth smoky flavour and a succulent texture.
