| We sell Isle of Bute fresh beef and lamb. We also run the Isle of Bute Smokery where we produce our own smoked beef, lamb and mutton. Our first smoked cheese, which is the Isle of Bute Mature Cheddar is branded St Blaneׂs Smoked; other cheeses will be added to the range shortly. |
